Weather Sky Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains the way of treatment of the information which is provided or collected in the course of using the Weather Sky services provided by LifeOverflow Inc.(hereinafter the “Company”).

Through this Policy, the Company regards personal information of the users as important and inform them of the purpose and method of Company's using the personal information provided by the users and the measures taken by the Company for protection of those personal information.

This Policy will be effective on the 23th day of December,, 2024 and, in case of modification thereof, the Company will make public notice of it through posting it on the bulletin board of Company's website and/or application, or individual notice via application pop-ups.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Company, We, Our, and Us refers to LifeOverflow Inc.and any and all entities that are controlled by or under common control with LifeOverflow Inc.

For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.

• User, You, Your, and Visitor, whether in the singular or plural refers to a natural person who views, downloads and uses the Application.
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named “날씨날씨”.
• Business, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), refers to the Company as the legal entity that collects Consumers' personal information and determines the purposes and means of the processing of Consumers' personal information, or on behalf of which such information is collected and that alone, or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of consumers' personal information, that does business in the State of California.
• Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means a natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
• Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Do Not Track (DNT) is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites.
• Apple refers to Apple Inc.
• Google refers to Google LLC.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

For the purposes for GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to You such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

For the purposes of the CCPA, Personal Data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes or is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with You.

• Online Behavioral Advertising, also referred to as "OBA," which is also sometimes called "interest-based advertising," uses information collected across multiple web sites that You visit in order to predict Your preferences and to show You advertisements that are most likely to be of interest to You.
• Sale, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer's Personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

2. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

2.1. Types of Data Collected

The Company collects and uses personal information to the minimum extent necessary to provide services. Users are informed during the installation process of the 날씨날씨 application of the information We may collect about You or Your device and prompted to provide that information or grant Us access to it for specified purposes such as delivering our services, making product improvements, and push notifications.

Information We ask You to provide. We do not ask Users to provide any Personal Data to register for free products and services. Users do not need to create an account in order to use the 날씨날씨 services or application.

Internet Protocol (IP) Address. An IP Address is a number automatically assigned by Your Internet Service Provider (ISP). The IP address is the host computer a device uses to connect to the ISP's network to send information to Us or to our Providers and for a device to receive information back from Us or from our Providers.

Device ID. A Device ID is a combination of letters and numbers that is unique to the device You are using. The Device ID identifies the device, regardless of who is using the device. On many devices, the Device ID is provided by the device manufacturer and stored permanently in the memory of the device. Depending on how the manufacturer configured the device, You may not be able to change it.

Advertising ID (AAID) or ID for Advertising (IDFA). These are combinations of letters and numbers that are unique to the device You are using. However, these identifiers may not be permanent. Depending on Your device, You may be able to reset them through the settings of Your device or Your browser.

Information about the performance of Your device. This may include information such as the operating system and version the device is using and the version of Our application the device is using.

Cookies. Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. If You are accessing an 날씨날씨 application through a browser, including a browser on a mobile device, cookies may be sent to the browser and stored in the device's memory. 6. GDPR Privacy

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), any national law of an EU member state adopted pursuant to the GDPR, the U.K. Data Protection Act of 2018, and the Switzerland Federal Act on Data Protection (collectively, “Data Protection Laws”) provide EU, U.K. and Swiss residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Data. The below describes such rights and how You (if You are an EU, U.K. or Swiss resident) may exercise such rights, and Our information practices, including Our legal bases for processing Your Personal Data.

You have the right to request a business that maintains inaccurate Personal Data about You to correct that inaccurate Personal Data, taking into account the nature of the Personal Data and the purposes of the processing of the Personal Data.

7.1.5. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Data

You have the right to direct a business that collects sensitive Personal Data about You to limit its use of Your sensitive Personal Data (1) to that use which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests those goods or services; (2) for certain business purposes; and (3) as authorized by the implementing regulations of the CPRA. As mentioned below, we collect, use and disclose your precise geolocation, which is considered sensitive Personal Data under the CPRA, on Our mobile applications with your consent. To limit our use of your sensitive Personal Data on Our mobile applications, please go to Settings > Location > App Location access permissions > Disallow.

You have the right not to be discriminated against because You exercised any of Your aforementioned rights.

The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.

We do not sell personal information. However, the Service Providers we partner with (for example, our advertising partners) may use technology on the Service that "sells" personal information as defined by the CCPA law.

If you wish to opt out of the use of your personal information for interest-based advertising purposes and these potential sales as defined under CCPA law, you may do so by following the instructions below.

Please note that any opt out is specific to the browser You use. You may need to opt out on every browser that you use.

Mobile Devices

Your mobile device may give you the ability to opt out of the use of information about the apps you use in order to serve you ads that are targeted to your interests:

• "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android devices
• "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS devices

You can also stop the collection of location information from Your mobile device by changing the preferences on your mobile device.

7.4. "Do Not Track" Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

However, some third party websites do keep track of Your browsing activities. If You are visiting such websites, You can set Your preferences in Your web browser to inform websites that You do not want to be tracked.
